WebImage A is the one I need to rotate, crop, and resize. I need to register this image to image B. (I have mirrored this image to match image B more closely, since they're opposite cross-sections). Image B is (ideally) fixed. It is a smaller field of view, but at a higher resolution. For an example, image A (RGB) is 1370x1153x3.
