Web23 jan. 2024 · You should be using a combination of both arm and wrist. That's how I do it. I use a tall desk and tall chair. None of that really matters though. I rest my wrist on the desk and then lift my arm to aim and shoot. Everything I do is subconscious though. I may do more than that because I've been aiming with my entire arm for 2 years.
