WebbABSTRACT: This study was carried out for determination and discrimination vegetation by Eco-phytosociology method. Flora of this area was determined by using available references. Based on collection we encountered about 290 specimens that belong to 167 genera and 41 families. WebbSeveral methods have been used by ecologists for this purpose which are as follows: ADVERTISEMENTS: (1) Quadrat method, (2) Transect method, (3) Loop method, and (4) Pointless or point method. 1. Quadrat Method of Sampling the Vegetation: The quadrat is a square sample plot or unit for a detailed analysis of vegetation.
