Webb7 jan. 2024 · This should NOT be this difficult to share some folders on a home network. Heres what Ive done so far. I've done the services stuff. Changed all needed services to automatic and made sure they are running. Ive gone into windows features and turned on SMB Ive added the other desktops to each PCs host file WebbTo do this, go to Control Panel> Network and Internet> Network and Sharing Center> Change advanced network settings. We select the profile that interests us (Private or Public, depending on the network to which we are connected) and we put the check mark on Enable network discovery and in Enable file and printer sharing.
